How do I redeem my gift certificate?

Once you have received your gift voucher code you can apply it to Your Account for future use or you can redeem it at checkout.

To apply your gift vouchers to online and view the balance and validity of your vouchers, simply sign in and click into ‘Your Account’. Scroll down to ‘Gift Voucher Balance’ and click on ‘+ ADD GIFT VOUCHER’. Insert the code sent to you by email and click ‘>ADD’. You will now be able to see your voucher code, the amount of money on your gift voucher and the expiry date of that gift voucher.

Once you arrive at checkout you will see a drop down under the shipping information to ‘Enter Promo Code/Gift Voucher’. Apply your code here and click ‘ADD’. If you have applied voucher codes to ‘Your Account’ there will be a drop down box that says ‘Apply A Gift Voucher…’ from here you can choose the voucher you wish to apply.

If you do not use all of your gift voucher balance in one basket it will be available for you to use again the next time you come back to shop.
